 Rules to be followed when entering KRBR 99.7 The Rebel Sponsored Contests A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of KRBR 99.7 The Rebel, 28 FM 900 SW, Mount Vernon, during normal business hours, Monday - Friday. 1. No purchase is necessary to enter a KRBR 99.7 The Rebel sponsored contest. 2. All contests are open to the general public except for current KRBR 99.7 The Rebel staff members and their immediate families, and household members. 3. Any individual and/or member of an immediate family may win a KRBR 99.7 The Rebel contest only once each 30 days, unless specifically stated in the contest rules. 4. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to end a contest at any time without advance notice to the public. 5. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to limit the number of times any individual may enter a contest or drawing. 6. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to set age limits or place other restrictions on contest entry. 7. All Federal, State, Local and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner of said prize. All who win prizes with a value in excess of $500 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings. 8. All prizes are awarded "as is". Prizes and gifts are non-transferable and exchanged is not permitted. 9. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 10. All entrants and winners agree that KRBR 99.7 The Rebel, it's employees, volunteers and/or anyone associated with KRBR 99.7 The Rebel shall have bear no liability and shall be held blameless in the event of injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property that may occur due to entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest or by use or non use of any prize or prizes received. 11. All prizes must be claimed at KRBR 99.7 The Rebel's offices at 28 FM 900 SW, Mount Vernon during normal business hours, within 30 days of winning. If not claimed within this time period, ownership shall revert to KRBR 99.7 The Rebel. 12. Proper identification must be presented to claim prizes. Winners may be asked to fill out a release form. 13. All entry blanks, forms and materials, as well as the information contained on or within become the sole property of KRBR 99.7 The Rebel. 14. All winners agree that KRBR 99.7 The Rebel may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, videotape, film, voice or any other likeness for any reason the station deems desirable and/or necessary without compensation. 15. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined by a random drawing or other means deemed as determined by KRBR 99.7 The Rebel. The decision of KRBR 99.7 The Rebel shall be final. 16. Winners of on-air call in contests shall be determined by the announcer conducting the contest. The decision is final. 17. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize. 18. KRBR 99.7 The Rebel reserves the right to issue specific rules pertaining to a particular contest and those rules shall be considered as a binding portion of these rules. 19. Violation or attempted violation of any of these rules or attempts at winning any contest by and through the use of fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for KRBR 99.7 The Rebel to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events.
